Registration Requirements.

All patients are required to use a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) to verify their identify. If you have not received your PIN, please stop by one of our offices or request access at your next visit.  The PIN and registration instructions will be sent via secure message. You will receive an email notification that you have the secure message.

Registration Process

Once you have have received your PIN, please note that you will need to complete all 3 registration steps in order to start receiving secure messages from our office:

2:  Identity Verification
3:  Submit your preferred method of contact
